As a Manager in our Data Technology and Analytics team, you will foster strong client relationships and lead the delivery of complex solutions. Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitating requirements gathering and solution design workshops. - Designing and implementing robust enterprise Maximo solutions. - Configuring business processes, workflows, and system integrations. - Supporting critical data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases. - Providing architectural guidance and upholding best practices. - Collaborating directly with client stakeholders and leadership.

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with IBM Maximo and TRIRIGA. - Proven success in delivering 5-6 or more large-scale IBM Maximo and TRIRIGA implementations. - A Bachelor's degree in any specialization. - Experience across implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and transformation programs. - Strong consulting and client-facing experience, with a track record of leading large transformation programs. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
