Join our dynamic Modelling & Insights team at Deloitte as a Deputy Manager. This role is integral to supporting client decision-making through sophisticated financial modeling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, both domestically and internationally, leveraging the extensive Deloitte Global network.

This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, including participation in our international secondment program. You'll be instrumental in developing and reviewing Excel-based models, utilizing macros and visualization tools to deliver impactful insights for diverse client needs, from mergers and acquisitions to strategic planning.

As a Deputy Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities include supporting various business modeling engagements such as:

- Mergers & acquisitions - Private equity buy-side and sell-side analysis - Strategic business planning and feasibility studies - Working capital and cash flow management - Corporate and financial restructuring - Carve-out and divestment strategies - Post-merger integration initiatives - Cost reduction programs You will actively participate in model development, testing, and refinement, ensuring robust analysis across diverse client scenarios.

We are seeking candidates with a professional background, including CA/CFA (International) qualifications and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Essential competencies include strong academic achievements, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
