You'll be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvements to cash management processes using advanced analytics and value stream mapping. The role involves working with diverse clients, from large multinationals to owner-managed businesses, and offers opportunities for international assignments and collaboration with global Deloitte offices.

As a Deputy Manager, you will lead project execution and manage junior team members, nurturing strong client relationships to exceed expectations. Develop and implement analytics solutions and frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency.

Identify cash flow improvement opportunities through advanced analytics and drive change management initiatives. Interpret and analyze client financial data, focusing on receivables, payables, and inventory. Utilize data transformation and visualization tools like Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Produce high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines, contribute to business development by leading client pursuits, and support practice development initiatives. Engage in cross-border teams for engagements of varying durations, working with intellectually stimulating clients.

We seek a Deputy Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics, complemented by 10+ years of relevant work experience. An MBA is preferred.

Essential qualifications include significant management consulting experience, a proven track record in performance improvement projects (supply chain, inventory, procurement, accounts receivable), and a strong understanding of cash flow metrics and working capital levers. Expertise in one of the core workstreams (order to cash, procure to pay, forecast to fulfil) is required.

Demonstrated ability to mobilize large teams, manage projects end-to-end, and a strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Access, Alteryx, and Power BI are crucial. Business development experience, strong report writing skills, commercial acumen, and fluency in English are also necessary.
