As a Deputy Manager specializing in Agentic AI, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying autonomous, LLM-powered systems capable of complex reasoning, planning, and task execution across enterprise workflows. Your role will involve shaping agentic architectures, orchestrating multi-agent systems, and scaling GenAI solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to define AI use cases and architect scalable solutions. - Implementing agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration frameworks. - Building AI agents for multi-step reasoning, planning, and task execution. - Developing and deploying RAG-based systems with vector databases and embeddings. - Supporting multi-agent system implementations for intricate problem-solving. - Integrating agents with tools and enterprise systems. - Defining and implementing agent performance evaluation frameworks. - Ensuring solutions adhere to Responsible AI and governance standards. - Building end-to-end pipelines for prompt engineering, orchestration, and deployment. - Supporting productionization with monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement. - Working with cross-functional teams to align AI systems with business objectives. - Documenting model logic, assumptions, and validation results clearly. - Communicating agent architectures, behaviors, and limitations to technical and business stakeholders.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in business modeling services and a professional background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or Statistics. A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institute is required.

Essential qualifications include: - 3 to 5 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2 years specifically in GenAI / LLM-based systems. - Proficient programming skills in Python. - Hands-on experience with GenAI models, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude). - Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals. - Proven expertise in building Agentic AI systems, encompassing multi-agent orchestration, tool use, planning, reasoning, and memory mechanisms. - Deep understanding of RAG architectures, including vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering. - Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI. - Experience deploying AI systems on cloud platforms. - Solid understanding of evaluation, guardrails, and safety mechanisms for LLM systems.
