Your responsibilities will involve supporting clients in corporate real estate and facility management engagements. Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the real estate industry, including commercial, residential, industrial, and land properties. Master key valuation concepts, cash flow drivers, and major valuation approaches like the Cost, Direct Comparison, and Income approaches. Conduct thorough research and analysis for valuation drivers, benchmark rentals, vacancies, and rates of return. Build and maintain robust financial models and effectively define and challenge client requirements to resolve complex real estate challenges.

Synthesize market information for valuations, appraisals, and competitive analysis. Compile and analyze company and industry data from diverse sources. Support the team in preparing internal and external presentations, business development, and marketing initiatives. Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to junior team members, acting as a strong team player and fulfilling various project roles.

Coordinate specific bids aligned with team goals and support Deloitte member firms' international real estate valuation practices. Supervise and review the work of junior staff, and liaise with global engagement teams. Work diligently under tight deadlines to add value to high-profile projects, demonstrating strong business diagnostic and analytical problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. A solid understanding of Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management is essential. Prior experience with prominent real estate firms such as CBRE, JLL, Savills, or C&W is advantageous. Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and advanced Excel skills are required.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident communication style are crucial for effective interaction with clients, audit teams, and stakeholders. Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities are paramount. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for clear and concise articulation of ideas and solutions.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, possessing a proactive and inquisitive mindset dedicated to delivering world-class client service. Strong academic achievements are expected. A Civil Engineering degree is preferred, alongside an MBA (preferably in Real Estate) or CA qualification. MRICS certification is a plus.
