As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and reviewing comprehensive transaction reports and M&A work products. You will undertake IT health assessments, exit readiness reviews, and support buy-side, sell-side, IPO, and re-financing projects throughout their lifecycle.

Provide essential day-to-day Program Management Office support, ensuring IT workstreams meet their objectives. Engage with colleagues and client senior management to drive action completion, manage risks and issues, and facilitate decision-making. Conduct thorough research and analysis of IT information, including cost data, contracts, and qualitative aspects.

Assist in developing key transaction documents, such as Transitional Service Agreements and status reports. Manage IT integrations and separations, identifying potential synergies and costs. Develop expertise in reporting to senior executives, facilitating workshops, tracking benefits, and managing stakeholder relations. Enhance your consulting skills in strategic thinking, program, and change management.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in the M&A lifecycle, specifically in writing and reviewing IT Due Diligence and post-merger integration/separation.

Essential qualifications include a B.Tech, M.Tech, or MBA (Systems) degree, or equivalent experience. You should possess significant IT experience within industry, consulting, or a professional services environment. Proven skills in analyzing business models and developing target operating models are required.

Strong report writing and reviewing capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail, conciseness, and risk management, are critical. Excellent Excel skills for quick and accurate data manipulation are a must. Candidates should have an excellent track record, strong academic achievements, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.

Demonstrated analytical and business diagnostic skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen and market awareness, are highly valued. An interest in working in a challenging and dynamic deal environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels and work independently with minimal supervision, is expected. While not mandatory, transaction experience or exposure would be advantageous.
