As a Senior IBM Maximo Consultant/Architect, you will spearhead enterprise asset management (EAM) transformation initiatives. This involves designing, implementing, and optimizing IBM Maximo solutions for large-scale programs. You will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to enhance asset lifecycle excellence, operational efficiency, and digital transformation using the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and related technologies.

Key responsibilities include leading requirements gathering and solution design workshops, configuring business processes, workflows, and security within Maximo. You will also support asset lifecycle management, work order management, and asset performance management. Additionally, you will implement preventive and predictive maintenance processes, configure inventory and procurement management, and design integrations between Maximo and enterprise applications. Leading data migration activities and supporting testing, go-live, and hypercare phases are also integral to this role.

We are seeking a candidate with deep expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management (EAM) and hands-on experience with the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). A strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management, Work Order Management, and Asset Performance Management (APM) is essential. You should have extensive experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance solutions, as well as Inventory and Procurement Management within Maximo.

Proficiency in configuring Workflows, Automation Rules, Business Processes, and Maximo Security Administration is required. Strong experience with Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Governance initiatives is also crucial. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant IBM Maximo experience, including 5-6 full lifecycle implementations.
