As a Senior IBM Maximo Consultant/Architect, you will spearhead enterprise asset management (EAM) transformation initiatives. This involves designing, implementing, and optimizing IBM Maximo solutions within large-scale programs. You will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to enhance asset lifecycle excellence, drive operational efficiency, and facilitate digital transformation using the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and associated technologies.

Key responsibilities include leading requirements gathering and solution design workshops, configuring business processes, workflows, security, and system administration in Maximo. You will also support asset lifecycle management, work order management, and asset performance management, alongside implementing preventive and predictive maintenance processes. Furthermore, you'll configure inventory and procurement capabilities, design and support integrations, lead data migration, and provide architectural guidance and best practices.

We are seeking an individual with strong IBM Maximo functional and technical expertise, coupled with hands-on experience in large-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will offer strategic architectural guidance and engage directly with client leadership.

Essential qualifications include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - A minimum of 10 years of relevant IBM Maximo experience. - Proven track record of delivering 5–6 or more full lifecycle IBM Maximo implementations. - Experience leading significant transformation programs. - Robust consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing capabilities.

Key technical proficiencies encompass deep expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management (EAM) and hands-on experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS). A strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management, Work Order Management, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Inventory and Procurement Management, and Asset Performance Management is crucial.
