Seeking a Deputy Manager with expertise in Guidewire Integration to provide technical ownership and solution leadership for Guidewire platforms. Take full technical ownership of Guidewire solutions across domains like PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Digital platforms. Lead solution design, ensuring optimal use of Guidewire's OOTB capabilities and approving customizations only when necessary. Provide technical direction across multiple teams, governing solution designs and code for quality. Own integration architecture and non-functional requirements, ensuring solutions are production-ready and operable at scale. Lead root-cause analysis for incidents and partner with operations teams to enhance platform stability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution options and translate technical complexities into clear guidance. Mentor junior developers, foster technical depth within teams, and drive the adoption of reusable components. Champion standardization and continuous improvement across the platform.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated Guidewire development experience is essential. Strong proficiency across multiple Guidewire products (PC, CC, BC, Jutro) and complex integrations is required. Proven experience in managing technical delivery across diverse teams or modules is a must. A solid understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory contexts is needed, alongside a track record of owning production stability and operational outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
