Join our team as a Deputy Manager specializing in Guidewire Integration, based in Bengaluru. This role involves technical ownership of Guidewire solutions, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards. You will lead technical direction, guide engineers, and serve as the primary technical escalation point, moving beyond individual delivery to own the technical future of assigned areas.

This is an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with solution leadership and operational accountability. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our Guidewire platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Take full technical ownership of Guidewire solutions across domains like PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Digital platforms. Lead solution design for complex, cross-module requirements, maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities. Provide technical leadership, govern solution designs and code quality, and set engineering best practices. Own integration architecture, ensure non-functional requirements are met, and guide teams on cloud-native patterns and DevSecOps.

Lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents, drive defect reduction, and partner with ADM, QE, and SRE teams for platform stability. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Product Owners to shape solution options and define delivery approaches. Mentor intermediate and junior Guidewire Developers, build technical depth within teams, and drive the adoption of reusable components.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years of Guidewire development experience. A strong command of multiple Guidewire products (PC, CC, BC, Jutro, etc.) and extensive experience with complex integrations and distributed systems are essential.

Proven ability to manage technical delivery across multiple teams or modules is required. A solid understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory contexts, coupled with experience owning production stability and operational outcomes, is crucial. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are also highly valued for this role.
