As a Deputy Manager within GES Tax, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently aiming to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities include:

- Overseeing engagement and team management. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients. - Addressing diverse expatriate taxation queries. - Guiding teams in preparing appeal submissions, tax returns, and compliance documents for client delivery without partner review. - Participating in advisory assignments, including structuring. - Managing fee negotiations and billing activities. - Contributing to business development initiatives.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-5 years of experience in taxation, including a minimum of 1-2 years specifically in expatriate taxation. Essential qualifications include strong technical knowledge, analytical acumen, and clear conceptual understanding. Project management capabilities, leadership qualities, and proficiency in using technology for professional development are highly valued.

Effective communication and presentation skills are crucial, as is the ability to build rapport with people. Prior experience within a Big 4 consulting firm is preferred. Familiarity with Social Security, immigration, and foreign exchange regulations is also advantageous.
