Join our Assurance team in Bengaluru as a Deputy Manager, specializing in Fund Accounting and Reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust financial foundations and supporting future growth for our clients.

As part of Deloitte, you will be instrumental in a practice that excels in understanding and navigating change, providing assurance that goes beyond mere numbers. You'll contribute to attesting to accomplishments and fostering strong client relationships.

Maintain comprehensive general ledgers and trial balances for assigned funds, accurately calculating CUVs, distributions, and management fees. Prepare essential regulatory reports, including annual financial statements.

Assist clients with their tax obligations, such as income tax returns and tax component calculations for distributions, alongside the preparation of monthly BAS returns. Facilitate smooth auditor and tax consultant sign-offs for all allocated funds and mandates.

Provide critical financial information and support to diverse stakeholders, including Fund Managers, Investment Managers, the Valuations team, and the Tax team. Contribute actively to finance projects and initiatives across the fund finance platform, ensuring effective collaboration with offshore finance teams.

We are seeking candidates who are qualified or pursuing qualifications such as CA or CFA, or hold an MBA, along with a relevant tertiary qualification. A minimum of 3-5 years of extensive experience in real estate fund accounting or a business services background with trust accounting exposure is required.
