Join our Assurance team as a Deputy Manager in Fund Accounting and Reporting. Manage the general ledger and trial balance for assigned funds, accurately calculate CUVs, distributions, and management fees. Prepare comprehensive regulatory reports, including annual financial statements.

Assist clients in fulfilling their tax obligations, including income tax returns and tax component calculations for distributions. Support the preparation of monthly BAS returns.

Provide crucial financial information and support to key stakeholders such as Fund Managers, Investment Managers, the Valuations team, and the Tax team. Facilitate smooth auditor and tax consultant signoffs for all managed funds and mandates.

Actively participate in finance projects and initiatives across the fund finance platform. Collaborate effectively with offshore finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

We seek a qualified or pursuing CA, CFA, or MBA with a relevant tertiary qualification. A minimum of 3-5 years of extensive experience in real estate (fund) accounting or a business services background with exposure to trust accounting is essential.
