Collaborate effectively with product, UX, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful features that enhance user-centric advertising experiences. Translate product requirements into detailed engineering tasks, managing the entire lifecycle from development to deployment. Offer mentorship and support to team members through code reviews, comprehensive documentation, and informal guidance. Enhance system observability by implementing advanced metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational excellence. Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile methodologies. Leverage automated tools, including AI, in accordance with company policies.

A minimum of 12-15 years of comprehensive software engineering experience is required. Proficiency in Java and its associated frameworks, such as Spring Boot and ORMs, is essential. Experience with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular) is necessary, along with a readiness to embrace new technologies. A solid background in relational databases like MySQL and Postgres, including schema and query design, is expected. Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is a must. A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, is critical. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are paramount. A BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
