This Deputy Manager role within Engineering as a Service/Operate focuses on building and maintaining scalable web applications.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience to lead the design and implementation of robust web solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable end-to-end web applications. Build secure, performant RESTful APIs and microservices. Implement efficient state management solutions. Optimize database schemas and queries for relational and NoSQL databases. Contribute to architectural decisions and system scalability. Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments using Docker. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

Requires 8+ years of proven experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in Python for backend development and React/Angular for frontend. Strong experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices. Expertise in database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with system design principles and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with Docker. Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines and code quality practices, including mentoring and code reviews.
