Join our Forensic & Financial Crime team in Delhi as a Deputy Manager. This role offers a significant opportunity to lead and manage complex investigations, focusing on Electronically Stored Information (ESI) review. You will be instrumental in identifying critical evidence and supporting investigative findings across various internal and external matters.

This position demands a candidate with exceptional analytical prowess and a keen eye for detail. You will lead the structured review of digital records, analyze intricate datasets, and ensure the effective interpretation of evidence. Lead and manage forensic investigations, including the review and analysis of documentary and electronic evidence. Oversee the structured review of ESI, such as emails and documents, to identify relevant information. Analyze complex datasets, pinpoint potential red flags, and interpret evidence for investigative and compliance assessments. Design and direct document review strategies, refine keyword searches, and supervise review workflows. Ensure the accuracy and quality of investigative findings while mentoring junior team members.

We seek a Graduate or CA with 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Statutory Audit or Internal Audit. Prior experience in forensic investigation or a professional qualification in fraud examination is a distinct advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, robust report writing abilities with meticulous attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills for efficient data manipulation. A strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving are critical, alongside adaptability in dynamic and deadline-driven situations.
