As a Deputy Manager in Transaction Services, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. Your role will involve understanding target businesses and their drivers, assessing data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies. You will conduct financial analysis, interpret findings, and prepare high-quality deliverables within deadlines. Identifying and reporting key issues promptly to management is crucial. You will engage with various deals across diverse industries and contribute to business development activities.

To excel in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant, ideally qualified in your first or second attempt, with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience. Prior audit or articleship experience is advantageous. Exposure to transaction work and knowledge of Indian GAAP are essential, with IFRS knowledge being a significant plus. You must possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel for handling large datasets. Excellent commercial acumen, market awareness, and both written and verbal communication skills are also required. This role requires frequent travel to client locations, and our default work mode is hybrid.
