Key responsibilities include: - Gaining a deep understanding of target businesses and their key drivers. - Ensuring data accuracy and investigating anomalies by liaising with clients and third parties. - Conducting thorough financial analysis to draw conclusions and identify critical issues. - Evaluating publicly available information and preparing high-quality deliverables within deadlines. - Proactively reporting key findings to management. - Supporting business development and proposal activities.

We seek a Chartered Accountant, ideally qualified on the first or second attempt, with a strong academic record and 0-2 years of post-qualification experience.

Ideal candidates will possess: - Proficiency in MS Excel for large-scale data analysis. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Strong commercial acumen and market awareness. - Superior written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with Indian GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a plus. - Experience in audit or transactions is advantageous.
