You will play a crucial role in executing and reporting on diligence processes, working with a diverse range of clients including entrepreneurs, corporations, private equity firms, and institutional investors. As a Deputy Manager, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities include understanding target businesses and their drivers, assessing data accuracy, performing thorough financial analysis to identify issues, and interpreting publicly available information. You will prepare high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines and communicate key findings promptly to management. This role also involves supporting business development activities and working on various cross-border transactions across different industries.

We seek a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally with a strong academic record. Experience in audit or related articleship is advantageous, as is prior transaction exposure. Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing large datasets is essential, along with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Knowledge of Indian GAAP is required, and familiarity with IFRS is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. The role involves frequent travel, and our default working model is hybrid.
