In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of target businesses and their financial drivers. You'll meticulously assess data accuracy, resolve anomalies through direct client engagement, and perform in-depth financial analysis to identify key issues.
Your responsibilities will include interpreting and evaluating publicly available information, preparing high-quality deliverables within deadlines, and reporting critical findings to management. You will also contribute to proposals and business development activities, working across various industry verticals on a range of deals.
Establishing strong client relationships and representing Deloitte Transaction Services with credibility are essential.
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally with a strong academic record achieved in the first or second attempt. Audit or related articleship experience is advantageous, as is prior transaction exposure.
Proficiency in MS Excel for processing and analyzing large datasets is crucial, complemented by strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Familiarity with Indian GAAP is required, with knowledge of IFRS being a significant plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. While the base location can be any Deloitte office across India, this role involves frequent travel to client sites. Our default work mode is hybrid, with specific team approaches tailored to individual needs.
