As a Deputy Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities include understanding target businesses, assessing data accuracy, performing in-depth financial analysis, and interpreting financial information.

You will prepare high-quality deliverables, identify key issues, and communicate them effectively to management. This role involves working on diverse deals across various industries and establishing Deloitte's credibility with clients. Additionally, you will support business development and proposal activities, contributing to the growth of our practice.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a strong academic record and first or second attempt qualification. Experience in transaction advisory is a significant advantage.

Essential skills include proficiency in Indian GAAP (knowledge of IFRS is a plus), strong analytical capabilities with advanced MS Excel skills for large data analysis, excellent commercial acumen, and market awareness. Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must. This role requires frequent travel to client locations and operates on a hybrid work model.
