As a Deputy Manager, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities include deeply understanding target businesses and their core drivers, meticulously assessing data accuracy, and proactively resolving anomalies through effective communication with clients and third parties. You will conduct thorough financial analysis to derive insights and identify critical issues, interpreting and evaluating publicly available information. Producing high-quality deliverables within stipulated timelines and communicating key findings to management are essential. This role involves working on a variety of deals, including cross-border transactions across multiple industry verticals, and supporting business development activities.

We are seeking candidates who are Chartered Accountants, ideally qualified in their first or second attempt, with a strong academic record and 1-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. While not mandatory, audit or related articleship experience, along with prior transaction exposure, would be advantageous. A solid understanding of Indian GAAP is required, with knowledge of IFRS being a significant plus. Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel for handling large datasets, strong commercial acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are crucial. This position is based in Delhi and involves frequent travel to client locations. Our default working model is hybrid, with domain-specific customizations.
