Join our Business Process Solutions team as an Assistant Manager in Finance Operations. You will provide essential accounting and bookkeeping support to U.S. clients, leveraging your expertise in QuickBooks Online and US accounting practices. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you'll foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Your contributions will be vital in managing client needs, offering consultative recommendations, and resolving queries with precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can adapt quickly to new concepts and excel in a fast-paced virtual setting.

Provide comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to US-based clients utilizing QuickBooks Online. Assist clients with inquiries regarding QuickBooks Online features, processes, and general accounting matters. Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks Online Payroll, Payments, and Sales Tax functionalities. Support clients with data migration processes and related accounting scenarios. Understand client requirements and offer tailored, consultative advice. Clearly articulate accounting principles and product capabilities to clients. Address customer concerns with a strong focus on accuracy and a client-centric approach. Manage a diverse workload of customer interactions and tasks, ensuring high standards of quality. Continuously learn and integrate new accounting knowledge, products, tools, and workflows. Operate effectively with minimal supervision in a rapid-paced virtual workspace. Maintain service excellence, especially during peak operational periods.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Minimum 1 year of direct, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting & Finance, such as B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA, CA Inter, or CWA Inter. Demonstrate practical experience with US accounting principles, preferably in a client-facing capacity. Exhibit C1 level proficiency in the English language. Located in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, IN.
