As a Deputy Manager in our Finance Operate team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to U.S. clients, primarily utilizing QuickBooks Online. Your duties will include assisting clients with QuickBooks Online features, navigating its processes, and addressing accounting-related inquiries. You will also demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks Online Payroll, Payments, and Sales Tax functionalities.

Furthermore, you'll support clients with data migration and related accounting scenarios, understanding their unique needs to offer consultative recommendations. Effectively explaining complex accounting concepts and product functionality, resolving customer queries with precision, and managing multiple tasks while upholding quality standards are key aspects of this role. Continuous learning and adaptation to new accounting concepts, products, and tools are essential.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping, possessing at least three years of relevant experience. A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is mandatory. A graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting & Finance, such as B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA, CA Inter, or CWA Inter, is required.

Ideal candidates will have prior exposure and experience with U.S. accounting practices within a customer-facing role. Excellent English proficiency at a C1 level is also a prerequisite for this position. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced virtual setting with minimal supervision and maintain high service quality, even during peak periods, is crucial.
