The eDiscovery and Forensic Technology team specializes in eDiscovery, cyber forensics, and application development. We actively participate in all stages of the EDRM model, from data processing and analysis to review support and production, utilizing platforms like iPro, Nuix, Relativity, and Brainspace.

As a Deputy Manager, you will cultivate strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, striving to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Deloitte member firms across Canada, the UK, Denmark, Germany, the Middle East, and Australia with their eDiscovery and Forensic technology needs. - Delivering high-quality work efficiently under tight deadlines. - Adhering to documented procedures for data processing and review management, operating eDiscovery platforms accordingly. - Conducting quality checks and validating data throughout all processing stages. - Troubleshooting and resolving Relativity errors, coordinating with support when necessary. - Applying strong diagnostic and analytical skills to solve complex business problems. - Independently managing eDiscovery, review support, and investigation-related tasks. - Drafting project summaries, reports, and presentations. - Assisting in the preparation of client proposals and supporting senior team members with project management tasks. - Contributing to the creation and execution of marketing strategies.

To excel in this role, you will bring a strong professional background and the following competencies:

A technical degree (Graduate or Master's) combined with over 4 years of relevant experience is required; extensive experience is preferred for leadership responsibilities.

Key technical skills include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and automation solutions using C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, Python, and SQL Server. Experience with Relativity components is a valuable asset. - Building and optimizing SQL queries and data pipelines for large datasets, ensuring data integrity. - Developing and integrating robust, secure, and high-performance REST APIs. - Troubleshooting complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions. - Leading end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. - Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Driving automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. - Planning and tracking work using Agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban. - Managing CI/CD pipelines and source code repositories (Git). - Working with eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Concordance) across the EDRM lifecycle. - Applying knowledge of databases, system design, networking, and cloud concepts (Azure). - Ensuring adherence to secure coding practices, performance optimization, and testing standards. - Operating effectively in Windows, UNIX, or Linux environments with minimal supervision.
