Join our Real Estate and Infrastructure team as a Deputy Manager overseeing PMO functions for a critical Data Centre project in Bengaluru. This role involves providing integrated oversight across all project phases, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning.

You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure robust project governance, monitor performance, identify risks, and facilitate informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Provide comprehensive PMO support for Data Centre projects, ensuring integrated oversight of schedule, cost, design, procurement, construction, and testing.

Develop and manage integrated master schedules, track critical paths, identify potential delays, and implement recovery actions.

Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, manage forecasts, and identify potential cost overruns.

Oversee design development, procurement of long-lead equipment, and progress of civil, structural, and MEP works.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, maintain risk and issue registers, and manage change control processes.

Prepare project dashboards, reports, and executive presentations, highlighting key concerns and recommended actions.

Facilitate project review meetings, drive closure of action items, and guide junior team members.

A B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required, coupled with relevant experience in project management, construction management, or PMO roles.

Experience within Data Centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex MEP-intensive projects is highly preferred.

Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, risk management, and change management is essential.

Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, along with strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, is necessary.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
