Prepare detailed underwriting documents, including credit notes and renewal proposals, by synthesizing borrower financials, sector insights, and internal risk guidelines. Provide crucial support to the business through financial spreading, data verification, and documentation checks. Ensure facility and security documentation accuracy and compliance by collaborating with Legal and Operations teams. Proactively monitor portfolio performance via covenant tracking and exposure reviews, escalating any deviations promptly. Maintain seamless communication across business, risk, and support functions for efficient credit execution.

This position requires 6-8 years of dedicated experience in corporate credit analysis. Essential skills include advanced financial analysis, understanding credit ratios, cash-flow evaluation, and proficiency with lending structures. A strong grasp of financial modeling, Excel, and data validation is crucial. Candidates should be adept at interpreting credit policies, managing documentation governance, and implementing controls. A postgraduate degree or professional qualification such as CA, CFA, or FRM is highly preferred, alongside a solid foundation in credit analysis, corporate finance, and banking products. Deep familiarity with credit controls, documentation standards, governance, and audit processes is vital.
