Key responsibilities include administering the AI platform, managing configurations, permissions, and governance. You will develop and maintain standards for AI workflow creation, testing, deployment, and security. This role involves designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI-powered workflows and agents, converting manual processes into automated solutions, and optimizing prompts and agent behaviors. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms, troubleshoot integration issues, monitor platform health, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions is crucial. You will also provide technical consulting, support change management, and deliver training and documentation.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with over 7 years of experience in enterprise software development, automation engineering, platform engineering, or systems integration. A strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, and generative AI is essential.

Candidates must have experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, developing and consuming REST APIs, enterprise systems integration, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go is necessary. Experience with workflow automation platforms, identity and access management, enterprise security controls, and monitoring/observability platforms is also required.
