Join Lucid as a Senior AI Automation Engineer to spearhead the development, governance, and expansion of the Serval AI Automation Platform. This pivotal role will drive enterprise service transformation through intelligent automation, AI agents, and seamless system integrations.
As a core member of our AI Automation team, you will architect and implement robust enterprise-grade AI workflows, automating and optimizing critical business processes across IT, HR, Finance, Security, and Procurement. Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform administrators, and architects to deliver scalable solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
This dynamic position integrates platform administration, workflow engineering, integration development, AI operations, and enterprise governance.
Oversee AI platform administration, including configurations, permissions, and governance controls. Develop and maintain comprehensive standards for AI workflow creation, testing, deployment, and operational support. Establish robust monitoring, auditing, and usage reporting mechanisms for the AI platform.
Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered workflows and agents to automate manual business processes. Optimize prompts, agent behaviors, and automation logic for maximum efficiency. Integrate AI workflows across various enterprise applications and business systems, continuously evaluating and improving performance.
Develop and maintain integrations with key enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SuccessFactors, SAP, and Azure services. Build secure and reliable connectors, APIs, and data pipelines to enable AI agent execution. Troubleshoot integration performance, scalability, and reliability issues effectively.
Monitor platform health and AI workflow performance, analyzing outcomes to identify optimization opportunities. Participate in AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, and validation processes. Assist with AI governance reviews and risk assessments, developing best practices for AI deployment and operational support.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions. Provide technical consulting on AI automation capabilities and support organizational change management and adoption initiatives. Deliver training and documentation to empower administrators and business users.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is required, alongside a minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise software development, automation engineering, platform engineering, or systems integration.
Demonstrated experience deploying and supporting enterprise automation platforms is essential. A strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, and generative AI applications is critical. Expertise in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and developing/consuming REST APIs is necessary.
Proven experience with enterprise systems integration, data orchestration, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go is essential. Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, identity and access management, enterprise security controls, and monitoring or observability platforms is expected.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are paramount for success in this role. Experience with Serval platform administration or development, building AI-native business applications, or utilizing frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel is highly desirable.
