Join our Infrastructure & Real Estate team, a dynamic group specializing in commercial interior and workplace fit-outs. We excel in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and comprehensive project management, delivering exceptional projects from inception to handover. Our expertise spans design, procurement, site execution, testing, and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

This role offers the opportunity to lead critical MEP project management for hyperscale and enterprise data center builds, contributing to cutting-edge infrastructure development. You will be instrumental in shaping high-performance teams and fostering strong client relationships.

Lead end-to-end MEP project management for large-scale data center construction. Review engineering designs to ensure optimal implementation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.

Manage EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure strict adherence to Uptime Institute Tier standards, local regulations, and EHS compliance.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost control, and procurement strategies. Coordinate closely with civil, IT, and operations teams for seamless system integration and resolve risks and issues effectively.

Oversee thorough testing, commissioning (IST), and final handover of data center infrastructure. Prepare executive dashboards, project reports, and stakeholder communications to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of project management experience with substantial MEP expertise is essential.

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience specifically in data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects. Strong technical knowledge of cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH), UPS, DG, HT/LT systems, BMS, and fire safety systems is crucial.

Experience with Uptime Tier certification, LEED, and sustainability practices is highly valued. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation capabilities are key. Proficiency in project management frameworks like PMP or PRINCE2, along with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and Excel, is expected.
