Join our dynamic Infrastructure & Real Estate team, specializing in commercial interior and workplace fit-out projects. We excel in civil, architectural, and interior works, managing everything from design coordination to final handover. Our focus is on delivering safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction.

This role is integral to our operations, contributing to the successful execution of diverse commercial projects. You will be a key player in a collaborative environment, driving project success through meticulous planning and execution.

Oversee end-to-end civil and interior fit-out delivery for commercial office and workplace projects, from initial design coordination to final handover. Review architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for constructability and site implementation. Coordinate and manage fit-out contractors, specialist vendors, design consultants, landlords, facility teams, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure all works are executed in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and Environment, Health & Safety standards. Develop and track comprehensive project schedules, look-ahead plans, procurement requirements, and site progress. Conduct regular site inspections to meticulously monitor workmanship, quality, progress, and adherence to design specifications.

A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction/built-environment discipline is required. Significant relevant experience in civil and interior project management, ideally within corporate interiors, workplace, or commercial fit-out projects, is essential. You must have hands-on site experience managing interior fit-out execution and finishing works.

Possess a strong understanding of civil, architectural, and interior construction methodologies, materials, and sequencing. Proficiency in reading and reviewing architectural drawings, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications is crucial. Experience with contractor and vendor management, coupled with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, is necessary for success in this fast-paced environment.
