Join our dynamic Infrastructure & Real Estate team as a Deputy Manager, focusing on CRE-Site execution for commercial interior and workplace fit-out projects. This role is central to delivering high-quality, safe, and budget-conscious projects from inception to handover. You will be instrumental in managing all aspects of civil and interior works, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of civil and interior fit-out projects, including design coordination, procurement, and final handover. Review architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and material submissions. Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, landlords, facility teams, and client stakeholders. Ensure all works adhere to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and EHS regulations. Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and facilitate timely resolution of site challenges and risks.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction discipline. Proven experience in managing civil and interior project execution, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and sequencing, is essential. Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, reviewing material submissions, and managing site quality is required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills are key. Familiarity with reporting tools and MS Project or AutoCAD is advantageous.
