This position is based in Bengaluru and involves working with a dynamic team dedicated to client success in managing complex financial risks. You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive value and mitigate exposure.

Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA Treasury & Risk Management projects, including implementations, rollouts, and support.

Configure and manage core treasury functions: Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Liquidity Planning, and Cash Position Reporting.

Implement and oversee In-House Banking, covering internal loans, payment factory operations, and intercompany processes.

Implement and manage Bank Communication Management (BCM) and its payment approval workflows.

Facilitate seamless integration of SAP Treasury with external banking systems via SWIFT, Host-to-Host, APIs, and SAP MBC.

Support critical risk management processes: Market Risk, Credit Risk, Exposure Management, and Hedge Management.

Manage Debt & Investment lifecycles, including Money Market, FX, and Derivatives transactions and accounting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, CO, MM, SD) for integrated solutions.

Develop functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and lead User Acceptance Testing.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Treasury solutions is essential, with a strong preference for SAP S/4HANA.

Possess a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, complemented by deep expertise in the SAP TRM module. Key areas of knowledge should include Cash & Liquidity Management, Bank Account Management (BAM), In-House Banking/Payment Factory, and Bank Communication Management (BCM).

Demonstrated experience with Financial Risk Management concepts such as FX, Money Market, Securities, and Derivatives, along with Exposure & Hedge Management. A firm grasp of integrations with FI, MM, SD, and SAP IHC/TRM components is required.

Familiarity with SWIFT, SAP MBC, APIs, and digital payment technologies is crucial. Strong configuration, testing, documentation, and business process design skills are expected. Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and exposure to ECC to S/4HANA Treasury migration projects are highly valued.
