Join our dynamic team focused on Commodity Trading and Risk Management. We seek experienced Endur experts with a strong understanding of the energy/commodity trading business to help clients navigate complex challenges.

You will leverage your business and technical expertise to design and develop innovative solutions within the Endur platform, supporting front-to-back trade lifecycles. This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to our clients' Digital Business Transformation journeys.

Your impact will be crucial in creating design artifacts, providing leadership across project lifecycles, and implementing robust Endur solutions. You will also play a key role in people management, estimation, and driving continuous improvements within the team.

Design and develop customizations in Endur, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of extension technologies like OpenJVS and/or OpenComponents. Apply strong fundamentals in OOPS and Solid principles to create effective solutions.

Create detailed design artifacts for clients, drawing upon extensive Endur package expertise and relevant business subject matter knowledge. Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to implementation and ongoing support.

Contribute to the build and release processes, system configuration, and deployment strategies. Act as the primary technology contact for clients and manage people development, estimations, planning, and work allocation.

A Bachelor's degree in any specialization is required, complemented by 5-8 years of overall professional experience. Candidates must possess 1-2 years of experience as an Endur Business Analyst or architect, with a proven track record in implementing and managing extensive design and implementation projects within Endur.

Demonstrate experience with at least 3-4 'live' Endur projects, including hands-on work with OpenJVS or OpenComponents. A solid understanding of Endur architecture and ETRM/CTRM domains, covering at least two asset classes (e.g., Power, Natural Gas, Crude), is essential.

Familiarity with other ETRM/CTRM packages like RightAngle, Allegro, Aspect, or Eka is advantageous. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and concepts like CI/CD and DevOps is also expected.
