As a Deputy Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients, ensuring robust risk management frameworks and seamless financial processes. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP strategies.

Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA Treasury & Risk Management implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Configure and oversee Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Liquidity Planning, and Cash Position Reporting. Implement and manage In-House Banking solutions, including intercompany processes and payment factory operations.

Set up and maintain Bank Communication Management (BCM) with approval workflows. Integrate SAP Treasury with external banking systems via SWIFT, Host-to-Host connections, and APIs. Support Market Risk, Credit Risk, Exposure, and Hedge Management processes. Manage Debt & Investment transactions and accounting.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, MM, SD, and technical teams for integrated solutions. Develop functional specifications, test scenarios, and training materials. Lead User Acceptance Testing and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful SAP solutions. Provide ongoing production support and system optimization.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Treasury solutions is highly preferred. A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and in-depth expertise in the SAP TRM module are essential. Proficiency in Cash & Liquidity Management, Bank Account Management, In-House Banking/Payment Factory, BCM, and Financial Risk Management (FX, Money Market, Securities, Derivatives) is required.

Solid knowledge of integrations with FI, MM, SD, and SAP IHC/TRM components, along with experience in SWIFT, SAP MBC, APIs, and digital payment technologies, is crucial. Demonstrated strong skills in configuration, testing, documentation, and business process design are expected. Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and exposure to ECC to S/4HANA Treasury migration projects are advantageous.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities are vital for success in this role. While a Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degrees are not a prerequisite for this position.
