Oversee the planning and execution of capital projects across electronics, semiconductor, and manufacturing industries. Develop and manage detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. Proactively track project progress, identify milestones, manage risks, and monitor critical activities. Ensure rigorous monitoring of project costs, budgets, forecasts, and overall project performance. Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Create advanced project reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Power BI and Excel. Support PMO functions, uphold project governance, and facilitate effective stakeholder coordination. Champion digital project management initiatives and drive process enhancements for greater efficiency.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) or a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) is required, with an MBA being a preferred qualification. Possess 5-8 years of professional experience in capital project management. Demonstrated expertise in using project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Proven ability to track project progress, manage risks, and monitor costs and budgets effectively. Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations. Proficiency in developing project reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and Excel. Familiarity with semiconductor, electronics, or industrial manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
