Work as an integral part of our global network, supporting valuation practices on a project-by-project basis. Contribute to a wide array of valuations for financial reporting, tax compliance, transaction support, and other commercial objectives. Our expertise spans business valuation, intangible/IP valuation, purchase price allocations, fairness opinions, and audit-review support.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.

Gain a deep understanding of industries, company operations, and key business drivers.

Analyze financial statements, annual reports, and other relevant company information.

Execute and support various valuation exercises, including business, IP, and intangible asset valuations, goodwill impairment testing, and support for transactions, fundraising, and litigation.

Prepare high-quality valuation models and reports within established timelines.

Support international business valuation practices, developing complex valuation models for global entities.

Analyze financial data, review projections, and conduct industry and economic research.

Draft sections of valuation reports and collaborate with global engagement teams.

Apply strong business diagnostic skills and a logical, analytical approach to complex problem-solving challenges.

A background including an MBA, CA, or CFA (International) is essential.

Demonstrate a strong academic record and significant professional achievements.

Possess at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proven analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.

Skilfully interpret and review financial statements, applying fundamental financial, accounting, and valuation principles.

A working knowledge of data sources like Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Thomson is advantageous.

Proficiency in Excel, ranging from basic to advanced, is required.
