As a Deputy Manager in Business Valuations, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently exceeding expectations. Your role involves supporting all facets of valuation engagements, from understanding business operations and key drivers to analyzing financial statements and industry data.

You will develop complex valuation models for international private and public companies, interpret financial and accounting data, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports. Collaboration with international engagement teams and adherence to tight deadlines on complex projects will be integral to your success.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a strong academic background and at least 4 years of relevant experience, holding an MBA, CA, or CFA qualification. Essential skills include excellent verbal and written communication, proven analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities, and a capacity to quickly interpret financial statements.

A working knowledge of financial data sources like Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Thomson is advantageous. Proficiency in Excel, from basic to advanced, is expected. The role demands an interest in challenging environments, the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, and a proactive, inquisitive mindset dedicated to exceptional client service. Occasional client travel is required, and our default working model is hybrid.
