Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements for establishing and evolving Azure-based data lakes (e.g., ADLS) and Databricks platforms.

Define data quality and metadata strategies to support functional needs, legal, and compliance requirements for control tracking.

Collaborate closely with engineers to specify data inputs/outputs for defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications, to support data-driven initiatives.

Serve in a Business Systems Analyst capacity, with a strong emphasis on data and cloud technologies.

Proven experience in Business Analysis with a significant focus on Data and Cloud technologies, particularly Azure.

Familiarity with data lake concepts (like ADLS), Databricks, and SQL is essential.

Capability in data modeling, encompassing both raw and consumption layers, is required.

Experience in defining data quality and metadata standards is crucial.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are a must.

Previous experience with initiatives supporting data-driven functions is highly valued.
