Join our dynamic team as a Deputy Manager specializing in Business Analysis for AI & Data within our Engineering as a Service unit. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, particularly in cloud-based data initiatives.

You will operate as a Business Systems Analyst, leveraging a strong foundation in data and cloud technologies. A key aspect of this role involves partnering effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams to meticulously define requirements for establishing and enhancing our Azure-based data infrastructure, including data lakes, Databricks, and SQL environments.

Your responsibilities will include supporting data modeling efforts across raw and consumption layers, and defining robust data quality and metadata strategies to meet functional application needs and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate closely with engineers to specify data inputs and outputs crucial for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

Furthermore, you'll be instrumental in producing high-quality documentation, such as business requirements and functional specifications, to drive data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Demonstrated experience with Azure, SQL, and data modeling is expected, along with a solid understanding of data quality principles and KPI definition.
