Spearhead Fraud Risk Management (FRM) implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects for banking clients. Translate intricate business and functional requirements into effective fraud rules, risk strategies, and operational workflows. Design and refine fraud detection scenarios, scoring models, and alert management systems to enhance detection capabilities.
Conduct thorough process assessments and gap analyses to define optimal future-state fraud monitoring and investigation processes. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, fraud operations, and technology teams to ensure the delivery of robust fraud controls. Support critical data integration, API connectivity, solution configuration, and testing phases to ensure seamless deployment and stabilization.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential. Possess 4-7 years of hands-on experience in the FRM space, ideally within Risk OEM, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments. Proficiency is required in at least one major FRM platform such as NICE Actimize, SAS Fraud Manager, or FICO Falcon, coupled with strong SQL skills for data analysis and system integration.
Demonstrated understanding of various fraud typologies, including Card Fraud, Account Takeover, UPI Fraud, and Digital Banking Fraud, is crucial. Experience with real-time transaction monitoring and API integrations is expected. While not mandatory, certifications like CFE, CAMS, FRM, or expertise in Python, Java, Kafka, or ETL tools will be advantageous. Strong domain knowledge of banking products and services is highly valued.
