Join our dynamic team as a Deputy Manager specializing in Analytics and EAD Operations within Forensic & Financial Crime. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing our FRM (Financial Risk Management) and FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) initiatives.

You will play a key role in designing solutions, defining requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation and testing of various fraud and financial crime risk management platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead complex projects and drive significant improvements in our operational capabilities.

Oversee the implementation and enhancement of FRM systems, leading solution design and requirement definition for both functional and technical aspects.

Take charge of scenario and rule configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure production readiness.

Address intricate data and functional challenges, and conduct assessments of FCC analytics and model/rule performance.

Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, support proposal development, solution architecture, and estimation efforts. You will have end-to-end ownership of implementation workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and achieving desired stakeholder outcomes.

Proficiency in Advanced SQL and Python is essential, along with hands-on experience with FRM/FCC enterprise platforms, ETL/data platforms, and BI platforms.

Familiarity with Cloud/data technologies is expected.

Deep understanding of Advanced FCC, AML, Fraud Risk, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance is required.

This role demands end-to-end ownership of implementation workstreams and accountability for delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Experience in managing complex projects and driving UAT and production-readiness activities is key.
