We are seeking a skilled data and analytics consultant with proven expertise in AI Agentic, automation, SQL, Python, Databricks, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing and integrating data, developing robust datasets for platforms like Databricks Genie or Snowflake Cortex, and crafting AI Agentic/analytical solutions. Your contributions will generate actionable automation for auditors and leadership.

Prior experience in Technology, AI/ML, Audit, Risk, or regulated environments is advantageous. You should possess strong technical capabilities complemented by a consulting mindset, meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the confidence to engage directly with business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and scalable datasets within Databricks and Snowflake. Design and implement AI Agentic and analytical solutions to address business needs. Generate actionable automation to enhance auditor efficiency and leadership decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights. Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance principles throughout data processing.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML, Automation, Data Strategy, Analytics, Risk Analytics, Data Governance, or Business Intelligence. Demonstrated expertise in SQL and Python. Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake platforms. Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and metadata management. Experience in analytics engineering and data manipulation. Familiarity with audit and control environments is preferred. Understanding of data lineage and authority-at-source principles is essential. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com) or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree (M.Com, M.Tech) is also considered.
