This role focuses on driving and managing strategic alliances and partnerships, particularly with key players like Microsoft and AWS. You will be instrumental in fostering growth, managing operational aspects, and ensuring successful collaboration within the hyperscaler ecosystem.

The position requires a strong understanding of the digital technologies landscape, including Cloud, AI, Digital, and Data solutions. You will leverage your industry network and business acumen to influence multi-million dollar revenue streams through strategic channel activities. A good grasp of the sales cycle and the ability to articulate value propositions are essential.

Key responsibilities include managing Microsoft and AWS partnerships, overseeing partner portals, and handling incentive programs. You will build performance reports, maintain CRM systems, and cultivate strong relationships within the hyperscaler and digital technology space.

Driving partner investment by focusing on Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success is paramount. You will also act as a liaison to the sales organization, sourcing new opportunities through your partner network and supporting sales motions. Managing Managed Services (MSP) opportunities and overseeing CSP operations for direct and indirect channels are also core duties.

A proven background in managing Microsoft business operations is required, coupled with excellent business literacy and the ability to interface effectively with senior management. Experience in enterprise software alliances or consulting within the software market is advantageous.

Candidates should possess a high degree of business acumen, with strengths in sales, marketing, and solution development. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus. An MBA is highly desirable for this role.
