This role focuses on pioneering intelligent, agentic applications powered by LLMs and RAG pipelines, ensuring intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces.

We are looking for a visionary to lead the charge in developing next-generation AI solutions that redefine how users interact with technology.

Design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions utilizing leading LLMs like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. Develop and refine RAG pipelines, integrating vector databases such as ChromaDB and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores.

Build and maintain sophisticated agentic workflows and conversational AI agents using frameworks including LangGraph and OpenAI. Enhance accuracy through vectorization with models like GTE-large and BGE, with optional fine-tuning. Collaborate closely with backend and app development teams to seamlessly embed Gen AI capabilities into our product suite.

A deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and transformer architectures is essential. Demonstrated hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and embedding models is required.

Proficiency in Python, along with libraries like LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face, is crucial. Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is expected. Experience deploying AI models via APIs or microservices is necessary.
