This role focuses on leading the development of intelligent, agentic applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces.

We are looking for a candidate who can architect and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions. Your work will directly contribute to building the next generation of AI-driven products.

Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI solutions using LLMs like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. Develop and fine-tune RAG pipelines, leveraging vector databases such as ChromaDB and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores for efficient data retrieval.

Build and maintain sophisticated agentic workflows and conversational AI agents utilizing frameworks like LangGraph and OpenAI. Perform vectorization with models like GTE-large and BGE, with the option to fine-tune for enhanced performance. Collaborate closely with backend and application development teams to seamlessly integrate Gen AI capabilities into our product ecosystem.

A deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and transformer architectures is essential. Proven hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and various embedding models is required.

Proficiency in Python, along with libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face, is critical. Familiarity with agentic frameworks like AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is expected. Experience in deploying AI models through APIs or microservices is necessary.
