Execute engagements related to Ind AS and IFRS, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Prepare compliant financial statements, including consolidated ones, and research complex technical accounting issues independently.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Develop a strong understanding of Internal Control over Financial Reporting, including SOX and COSO frameworks. Leverage ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics for data analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-5 years of experience in Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP implementation, hedge accounting, or ECL advisory. Experience in auditing financial statements for Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies is highly valued.

Proficiency in technical accounting literature and the ability to prepare accounting white papers are essential. Strong MS Office skills are required to manage large datasets and present insightful findings. Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics is a plus.
