Join our Assurance team as a Deputy Manager in Mumbai, where you'll be instrumental in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation.

This role focuses on Accounting & Reporting Assurance, contributing to the engine that powers growth and development within the firm.

We are seeking professionals with a strong understanding of accounting standards and a proactive approach to complex financial challenges.

Execute Ind AS engagements independently and research intricate accounting issues. Prepare Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP compliant financial statements, including consolidated reports.

Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and new pronouncements related to Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP. Understand and apply Internal Control over Financial Reporting frameworks like SOX and COSO.

Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics, and leverage strong MS Office skills to analyze and present data insights. Be prepared to travel as required for client engagements.

Must possess excellent knowledge of Ind AS, with a good grasp of its differences from IFRS. Exposure to US GAAP is beneficial.

Requires the ability to apply accounting standards, manage ambiguity, and prioritize multiple assignments. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel for handling large datasets.

Demonstrate an open and honest communication style with clients and colleagues. A proactive, result-oriented mindset and a willingness to travel are key attributes for this role.
