As part of the Assurance function, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards and enabling strategic advancements within the firm. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and grow within a leading organization.

Your responsibilities will include applying Ind AS standards and independently executing engagements, along with researching complex accounting issues. You will prepare financial statements compliant with Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP, including consolidated statements. A key aspect involves understanding Internal Control over Financial Reporting, with exposure to SOX and COSO frameworks. Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics is essential.

You will also utilize your strong MS Office skills to analyze large datasets and present insightful findings. The role requires excellent presentation and communication abilities, with the capacity to use MS PowerPoint and report writing tools effectively. Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is considered an advantage. Open and honest communication with clients and colleagues is paramount.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Ind AS and its differences from IFRS, with US GAAP knowledge being beneficial. A CA or ACCA qualification is required, along with proven experience in preparing financial statements as per Ind AS. Strong analytical skills, a proactive and result-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple assignments are crucial.
