As a Deployment Strategist, you will bridge the critical gap between AI potential and real-world application. This role is pivotal in ensuring our AI solutions are not just theoretical but actively transforming business operations and reaching millions across Indian languages.

You will navigate the complexities of diverse enterprise environments, integrating AI systems seamlessly. This includes understanding core systems, compliance, and operational realities to guarantee successful, live deployments. Engagements range from targeted proofs of concept to extensive multi-year programs, driving significant impact and value.

As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the entire lifecycle of customer AI engagements, from initial proof of concept to successful production deployment and KPI achievement. You will conduct in-depth discovery to understand customer-specific integrations, processes, and data landscapes, tailoring solutions accordingly.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, dependencies, and risks, acting as the primary customer contact throughout delivery. You will collaborate closely with deployment teams, ensuring high delivery quality and driving on-the-ground adoption. Additionally, you will establish robust documentation and operating charters for post-go-live system management and create playbooks to streamline future deployments.

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of owning and delivering customer outcomes, ideally with 4+ years of experience in consulting, systems integration, or enterprise delivery. You should possess a strong technical acumen, enabling you to engage effectively with engineers on integration strategies and understand system performance at scale.

An understanding of agentic AI, including LLM behavior in production and the importance of evaluations, is crucial. Experience working within complex environments like large regulated enterprises, banks, or the public sector is highly valued. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information crisply and unambiguously, are essential for this role.
